Amberly Lago is a bestselling author, health coach, and speaker. She’s quite literally a walking example of what it looks like to rebuild your life after tragedy. In our conversation, she brings us back to when she was hit by an SUV while riding her motorcycle at the height of her fitness career. 

After 34 surgeries and $2.9 million worth of medical expenses, Amberly found herself struggling with chronic pain, depression, and addiction. With support from her fitness and sober communities, Amberly found a way to turn her experiences into a new career.
