In the 145th episode of Cash Flow Pro, we talk with Tim Bratz of Legacy Wealth Holdings. Tim comes from a blue-collar family in Cleveland, Ohio. Going through school, he was always fascinated with making money—his interest in real estate during the early 2000s. During college, Tim found an internship for a home building company. Then, he noticed the amount of wealth one could build in real estate. After college, he moved to NYC and got his real estate license. He started brokering retail and office leases for commercial properties. After doing the math, he realized the benefits of real estate investing, moved to South Carolina, and became an investor. Eventually, Tim decided to focus on apartments because of their efficiency and, most importantly, cash flow! Tim is here to let us know how he invests in a preventative way, so ensure his portfolio only goes one way – up!
