Tim never really resonated with the school system, so after finishing high school and dropping out of college, he decided to join the Navy. While getting his bachelor's, he began reading about wealth management and financial freedom. Throughout his studies, he learned that people use real estate to attain passive income and build generational wealth.
After fifteen and a half years in the Navy, he decided to focus on real estate and eventually came across the message behind Active-Duty Passive Income. Today, he and his team help military members own more of America and the land they help protect.
