Last week I held the Billionaire Code Summit. The people at my
events and in my programs, all have one thing in common, they all
have an opportunity that's big enough that they've decided to build
a team around it.
There's an issue that came up over and over again at the
Summit and I want to share this one with you because I think
it's one of the biggest points of leverage that you have when you

Here it is - You have to have clarity around the leadership
roles in your business. If you don't, it's near impossible to scale
without pain. If there's no clarity at the leadership level
it will cause instability for your growing team and for
you.
A lack of clarity results in people having lower levels of commitment and competency in their role. Having total clarity will allow everyone on your team to go all in and increase momentum like crazy.
