Given how crazy things are in the world, it's easier than ever
to have conflict and get triggered. This is something that I’ve
worked on for most of my adult life and I am still working on.
One of the things I have realized about being triggered, is that
when I am I often feel self-righteous. I define feeling self

energy available when I am triggered.
Even though I do all of this, it still happens. I get triggered,
and I become self-righteous.
This is how I walk my way out of it…
