Kyle Marcotte is a 22-year-old multifamily syndicator. While Kyle was still a premed student and Division 1 Soccer player at UC Davis, he was able to syndicate two multifamily apartment buildings. These two deals totaled 119 units and are valued at over 5.5 million dollars. Today Kyle focuses on 100+ unit multifamily deals in the Austin market.
