Sterling Chapman is in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He sits as a Regional Sales Director at a world-leading Telco Company, President of Crestworth Capital, and The Rent Roll Radio Show host. Mr.Chapman holds a B.S. in Finance from Louisiana State University and a Master of Business Administration from LSU Shreveport. His current real estate holdings include nearly $21.5 Million of Assets under Management, $7 Million of that being his personal portfolio of 70+ rental units in South Louisiana that cash flow over $120K a year.
