In today’s conversation, Alejandra Molina shares fresh perspectives into how we can all figure out that balance between entrepreneurship and motherhood while maintaining positivity in life. Alejandra is a Well-being and Mindfulness Coach, an NBC-HWC Board Certified Health Coach and holds Certificates in Neuroscience and Positive Psychology. She helps people undergoing stress or experiencing burnout, gain mental clarity and create more well-being. Alejandra is a wife and mother of two girls and has lived in three countries with her family, which has brought a lot of growth and inspiration for her work. 

Alejandra started her journey in development and social work in Latin America, with a strong interest in personal agency, resilience, and early childhood development. It was the resilience she saw in her work and her personal journey with wellbeing and stress after being a mother that led her down this path of coaching and learning the science of wellbeing. 

Today, Alejandra will teach us how to savor every moment of our lives. These are basic things that we may have all forgotten about, and it helps to be reminded every now and then.
