We kick off the season by taking a much needed deep dive into mental health with comedian and mental health advocate, Kelsey Darragh. The topic? Maintaining sanity. During quarantine as well as when we’re back in “normal life.” We talk stress, depression, anxiety, suicidal tendencies and how to develop coping mechanisms for when the going gets tough. Kelsey talks us through her experience with panic attacks and how a simple ‘how-to’ list for her boyfriend went viral.
