Con más de 25 años en el mundo de las
comunicaciones, sobrada experiencia en programas de televisión y
radio tanto en Univisión como en CNN en español, la periodista
cubana Mercedes Soler @msolertv abre su corazón y nos cuenta su
vida como inmigrante exitosa en este país.
Condujo noticieros, revistas matutinas para
mujeres, entrevistó presidentes de numerosas naciones de
Latinoamérica, reportó acontecimientos como el ataque terrorista
del 11 de septiembre, vivió de cerca la noticia y sigue siendo
sensible al acontecer que involucra a los hispanos en los Estados
Unidos.
Es actualmente cofundadora y presidenta de su
compañía de radio y medios digitales SolMart Media, desde donde
informa, educa y entretiene a una audiencia que alcanza a nueve
condados del estado de la Florida. Es miembro activo de diversas
organizaciones, ha obtenido cinco premios Emmy de un total de 15
nominaciones.

Mercedes has anchored newscasts, and women's
morning magazines, interviewed presidents of various Latin American
nations, reported events such as the 9/11 terrorist attack, lived
the news up close and continues to be sensitive to events involving
Hispanics in the U.S.
She is currently the Co-Founder and President of
her radio and digital media company SolMart Media, from where she
informs, educates, and entertains an audience that reaches nine
counties in the state of Florida. She is an active member of
several organizations and has won five Emmy Awards out of 15
nominations.
