Sharing feedback during the onboarding of a new team member can be a delicate situation. You want to share insight that is constructive and yet also encouraging. After all, they’re learning a lot at once AND you also don’t want to overlook red flags in their performance either.
So how do you provide it without overwhelming or demotivating them? Today I’m sharing some examples of providing feedback during those critical milestone moments of their onboarding experience with you: Week One, Month One, and Month Three.
