Getting started is most often the HARDEST part. So what if I told you it didn’t have to be hard? What if I told you I had an simple strategy to reframe that difficult start into something that feels not only MUCH easier but also empowering and joyful. But you have to buy in and you have to treat it like a process and a practice. The beauty is once you have this simple tool, you can apply it to ANYTHING! And it is hands down, my favorite. 

And for those of you thinking of starting a podcast, this episode was originally recorded when I was JUST starting this show and I wanted to demonstrate what starting simple could look like...SPOILER ALERT! I recorded this episode on my iphone back in 2018.
