This podcast is all about getting started and moving past the fears and blocks and whatever else is getting the F-- in our way!

Often times it's ourselves.

Totally normal!

This year has been a doozy! Thank you for your listens and embarking on your own creative journey along with us. We sincerely hope we are creating space and permission with these conversations and providing tools and tips for your own life and process.

This episode's re-release is in honor of all of you who may be struggling with an addiction or have someone in your life that is or might be. Even if you don't listen, there are resources in these show notes you can utilize.

The holiday's can make this struggle an even harder one. This our reminder to you that YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

This RE-RELEASE features KylEast, a powerful singer songwriter. Stay tuned to the end of this episode to be able to listen to her single CHAINS in it’s entirety.

A recent review of the song by All Ashore explains the theme really well:

“[KylEast] tackles body dysmorphia and anorexia in another industrial, synth-laden gut punch. Her words begin as hushed lamentations before leaping into a full rage against the commodification of self, spitting such condemnations as “Here she is / Your worthless wonder,” with as much contempt as empathy.  It lays bare the horrors of feeling ashamed of your own body while still attempting to talk yourself out of a hole. Her delivery is drenched with conviction and the drive of someone who has personal experience with the words they sing. If KylEast aimed for a body image anthem, she has absolutely succeeded.”
