乱糟糟 (luàn zāo zāo) is a compound word that combines the words 乱 (luàn), the base character, meaning "chaotic" or "messy", 糟糟 (zāo zāo), the intensifier, adding emphasis to the "messiness." It doesn't have a precise translation on its own, but serves to make the word more vivid.
