An MDMA Love Letter
Charley Wininger is a psychotherapist in private practice, and the author of "Listening to Ecstasy: The Transformative Power of MDMA", a story of his life and marriage, that he calls An MDMA Love Letter. Licensed as a Psychoanalyst as well as a Mental Health Counselor, he specializes in relationships and communication skills, and has been treating couples and individuals in his NYC office for over 30 years.
I asked Charley to come on HTA50 to talk about Aging and Ageism. Our discussion ranged to quite a few different subjects that were all related to aging - some of those subjects were opportunities to get more involved in life and learn new things, volunteering with organizations that are appreciative of extra help, and physical and mental changes that we all go through as we age.
Charley has also been featured in The New York Times and Newsday (a NY area newspaper) as “The Love Doctor”. If you listen in you’ll find out what his experience has been as a couples and individuals therapist. It was an interesting and enjoyable conversation which I think you’ll also enjoy.
