Information about Cranberries, Blueberries, and Vitamin A
The Pilgrims used cranberries to prevent scurvy and we use it
these days to help with urinary tract infections (UTI's) - both
from Vitamin C
Cranberries are native to North America (new info to me)
Cranberries and Blueberries have phytochemicals which have
potential to help with cancer prevention, cardiovascular health,
and digestive health
Blueberries have been linked to healthy aging in multiple
studies.
Vitamin A has been shown in studies to reduce skin cancer
risk.
