Live a Stress-Free Day
This week’s podcast is another short but valuable show. I have collected a number of ways that we can, in a short amount of time calm down and let go of whatever stress we are feeling.
You’ll notice that all of them do essentially the same thing - break the thought and feeling that is keeping us tied up in our heads. They are all versions of time-outs - like we give our family members except these are some you can give yourself as well. Pick out a couple that appeal to you and try them.
I guarantee it will help you now and when we all get back to “normal” (whatever that looks like).
