My guest today is Dr. Melina Jampolis, a board-certified physician nutrition specialist (one of only a few hundred). She has hosted her own program on Discovery Network’s FIT TV, and was the diet and fitness expert on CNNHealth.com as well as appearing on many other channels & shows like Live Kelly and Ryan, Dr. Oz Show, CNN, The Today Show, and Anderson Live.
