As someone who has always worked from a hustle, action-oriented mentality, I found myself being consistently overworked and overwhelmed to achieve results. But recently, Hannah and I completely transformed the way we structure our work by leaning into a flow mentality, and the results have completely shocked us.
From boosted business productivity to improved mental health, we break down exactly what it looks like for us to be in a flow state.
