Oftentimes, as all of your dreams are coming true, it can actually be one of the most uncomfortable seasons of your life. I don’t think people talk about this paradox enough, and I want you to know that even if things are seemingly going to plan, it’s completely normal to feel overwhelmed and anxious. I’m sharing a simple practice that I use when I’m coming up against big emotions and my way of creating some clarity around my next action step.
