Mike Gibbons is new to bowhunting, but not new to dealing with hardship in the backcountry. Mikes years of service in the Marines has put him in high stress situations, and taught him how to adapt and overcome physical and mental/emotional challenges in the field.
Gibbons, now a Colorado resident, spends his time summiting 14ers, mountain biking, running ultra marathons, Via Feratta (traversing cliff faces with iron hand and foot rings while attached to a cable system) and now backcountry bowhunting.
Mike's years of both military and mountaineering experience brings a unique perspective and a ton of value to those dealing with challenges as a backcountry bowhunter.
