This will be part one of a two part series. I chat with my friend Chris Carlson of Illinois in a Q&A format, discussing my recent Colorado archery elk hunt. This was my very first hunt, and it became my first solo adventure as well. We go over gear used, what I liked/didn't like about the hunt, things I'd bring/leave next time, etc.
