Meseidy is happily married to her husband, Obed. She is a business owner, has three dogs and one cat, and happily makes her home with her husband in Tennessee.
She grew up as an Air Force brat, living on multiple US military facilities until her family returned to their home in Puerto Rico. She is a person of faith and looks to her Christian principles to guide her. Meseidy is passionate about femininity, self-reliance, and freedom, and is not afraid to speak boldly to defend them.
For more than ten years, Meseidy has worked in the food industry. Before she transitioned to full-time food blogging at her blog The Noshery, she also worked in restaurants and catering. She also published the cookbook "Weeknight Gourmet Dinners" and has a podcast called "My Plate is Always Full." Before that, she worked as a paralegal for ten years. Several of those years were in Washington, DC, for the government watchdog organization Judicial Watch.
She has recently created an online community of women called Libertas Sisters, focused on femininity, self-reliance, and freedom. She also makes online political and cultural commentary content on Youtube and Instagram at Its Meseidy. She has always been a fervent consumer of news, politics, and culture and has a passion for history and civics.
For fun, she enjoys weightlifting, hiking, consuming way too much news, and time at home with her husband tending our garden and chickens. Meseidy and her husband's ideal vacation is a backpacking trip through the backcountry while sleeping in a tent for five days, followed by a two-day recovery in a hotel.
