Another really wonderful talk from Thay. We travel from the cellular to the global and back again in inter-being. I like thinking of myself as a \'community of cells\'. There is a funny old song called \"I\'m my Own Grandpa\". Now we have a new one, \"I\'m my own Sangha\". :-) Thank you Thay
