Carter and teZa, the co-hosts of ZLORD, demonstrate how, in the course of their 3-decade long partnership, they arrive peacefully to accepting each other's opinions, even while discussing very volatile topics. In this case ... the subject is how to be cool and calm during the stress of the Covid pandemic. Funny, eh? That such a basic desire, which every person alive shares, deep down inside themselves--to know inner peace--can cause these two to sometimes comically, sometimes agressively banter as they do. That's what makes this podcast filled with drama rather than exposition. In many ways, the pair of Lords in ZLORD are opposites: Christian and eastern mystic is just one of their different ways of expressing what is jointly held most dear: to live close to Spirit. Here they demonstrate (with no edits) how, by accepting the other guy's point of view, they have learned to successfully navigate the often challenging waters of their deep commitment to knowing, and honoring the Sacred in everyday life. Hopefully, others will be inspired to listen to people with different opinions more, by hearing the honest, sincere, and sometimes comical back-and-forth of teZa and Carter Lord.
