Using mindfulness for anxiety helps tremendously. Especially, since anxiety continues to flare up as the world attempts to contain COVID-19. Everyone is feeling it whether there's a diagnosis of anxiety or not.
Mindfulness techniques are extremely useful for anxious thoughts. In this episode, Frantzces takes you through four different mindfulness techniques that you can use to ease your anxiety. One that helps a lot of people are mandalas. Mandalas are geometric shapes that you can color in, they are small and it requires you to focus. This may help reduce your anxiety.
