Are you thinking of going on a soul-searching adventure? 🌏🧳✈️💜✨

THIS IS A SIGN for you to do just that!

Take it from fantastic actress and author, Gabrielle Stone, who reveals how a solo Europe trip after a painful divorce and losing new love became a cathartic journey that changed her life.

WATCH this new episode of the Divorced Woman's Guide ▶️ How Heartbreak Led to Healing & Self Love with Gabrielle Stone.

✔️ Solo travel is what everyone should do once in their lives.

In her book, Eat, Pray, #FML, Gabrielle Stone tells the riveting account of how she survived heart-crushing breakups in a span of two months. Instead of wallowing in misery, she resolves to board a flight to Europe, go on a wild adventure, and unexpectedly find the answers she seeks.

✔️ Getting to know yourself is the best thing you can do for yourself.

Gabrielle teaches the Thought Onion technique to understand oneself better and manage emotions after going through waves of abandonment, betrayal, pain, and trauma. Look at your thoughts and reactions and peel the layers back to get to the core. Adjust and have a different response in the future.

✔️ Relationships will always mirror things for you to work on and heal.

Are you mindful of the things that get you triggered, especially when relating to other people? These incidents or events that drive you crazy tie up to the small and big trauma deeply rooted in your past. Making an intention to understand yourself by your triggers will help you facilitate your healing faster and build healthier relationships in the present and future. #InnerWorkTakesWork

✔️ Use your heartbreak to pave this beautiful, unexpected healing path to self-love. The old aphorism 'What does not kill you makes you stronger' befits a spot on the wall as a nice reminder for many of us. 🖌️🖼 Remembering that we will eventually surpass it takes firm faith and resolve. After all, decisions made that were good and bad make us who we are.

To you, my sister, know that you are made of stronger stuff. Don't give up!

Gabrielle Stone is no stranger to the world of entertainment. Growing up on set with her legendary scream-queen mother, Dee Wallace (Cujo, E.T.), she had days of licking off mommy's fake blood and watching behind-the-scenes movie magic. Seeing the world with mom and dad gave her the travel bug at an early age—until Gabrielle experienced a real-life horror when she lost her father suddenly at age seven.

After many years in the industry herself, Stone transitioned from meaty acting roles to writing and directing. Her award-winning films It Happened Again Last Night and After Emma gained her awards for writing, directing, and acting—but she had a bigger role in life that would soon present itself: freaking badass.

After the rug was vigorously pulled out from under her when her husband's affair came to light, she found herself falling into the arms of another man. After a second failed attempt at love and a massive heartbreak, she decided that instead of landing flat on her ass—she'd make a career out of it.

And so came the birth of the book Eat, Pray, #FML, where she shared all the mistakes, all the lessons, and most importantly, how she became a fearless leader from it all

When fans around the world demanded more, the highly anticipated sequel, The Ridiculous Misadventures of a Single Girl, and the podcast FML Talk we're born—and Gabrielle soon realized that her broken heart had bloomed a movement.
