It is soup season here in Florida. I decided to make a butternut squash soup without looking at a recipe… not a good idea.  Plus I used frozen and cubed butternut squash. Another bad idea... buy a real butternut squash. don't scrimp.  I do like to add a little canned organic pumpkin. and my homemade vegetable stock. Follow an easy recipe..Wines to pair: Bourgogne Blanc Chardonnay fro France.
