the tradition of tequilla, Mexico's national drink.
Typical flavors of
Tequilla for food pairing: Blanco - unaged or slightly in neutral
oak. Pair with fish, cheese, light meals such as shrimp
salad. Reposado means rested - it is aged in barrels from a
few months to two years.. pair with Mexican food..easy. Anejo-
