Stephanie is a Physician's Assistant and Functional Medicine Nutritionist. She specialises in helping high-performing women with anxiety, chronic stress, and burnout reclaim their lives back. Frustrated with the current medical model, she took her health into her own hands and embarked on a relentless quest to find the solutions. And with her successes, she discovered that healing requires looking through many lenses: as one area starts to improve and heal, it makes space for others to be nurtured. Having experience as a provider, she witnessed first-hand the crisis in our healthcare system, and as of March of this year, she left her 11-year career to begin her own functional nutrition practice to provide medicine in a way that is meaningful and authentic.
