We're at the new facility of Highline Nursery in Los Angeles, CA. Brian is responsible for the planning, building, and operation side of the nursery and Nate is the founder of BelCosta Labs, a privately owned company responsible for testing cannabis throughout the state of California. In addition, Nate also teaches cannabis classes at a local college in Long Beach, CA. We discuss the process of building a new cannabis nursery, the rules and regulations they must follow, and how the pandemic has altered the planning of the new facility. Nate went over the process of the testing process, along with the history and strains of cannabis.
