Karen has been a certified fitness coach and trainer for 40 years. She has always enjoyed learning more about the anatomy and physiology behind the movement. She has since completed a Primal Health Coach Certification and is quite dedicated to nutrition and how food affects our well-being. That being said, her greatest passion is helping people understand how lack of movement affects their overall well-being and showing them fun and simple ways to add daily activities into their life.
