At 13, I found myself battling an eating disorder, using food to numb the pain and anger I didn’t know how to process. This was also the year my mom attempted suicide—a moment that shifted my greatest fear from losing her to becoming her. In this episode, I’m sharing how food became my way of coping and how fitness, introduced during this time, gave me my first glimpse of strength and hope.

This is a story of struggle, survival, and finding a lifeline in the most unexpected place.
