Today we are talking about the 1987 film set in Elk Cove, OR which is really Newport. It is about an heiress who is so obnoxious that when she falls off her yacht and looses her memory. Russel plays a contractor that she disrespected and refused to pay so he plans on getting his “money” back by totaling advantage of her amnesia.
