Practice Leadership

Oct 13, 2021

On this week's episode, Kory Zimney, PT, DPT, PhD, joins our host Larry Benz, DPT, OCS, MBA, MAPP to talk staying relevant in your clinic and with your patients in a fast-moving and ever-changing physical therapy profession.

For the clinical side, Kory suggests subscribing to research journals, following fellow clinicians on socials, reading books on physical therapy and connecting with clinicians in your community.

Staying relevant with your patients is a bit different and requires you to pay attention to what their goals are, learning to relate your outcomes with the activities they want to return to.

To hear more from Kory Zimney on staying relevant in your clinic, listen in to PT Elevated - a clinically focused podcast for physical therapists and other rehab providers.
