In Mark 4, Jesus said to his disciples, "Let us go over to the other side of the lake." While they were sailing across the lake, suddenly, a furious storm of hurricane winds arose, and the waves threatened to capsize the boat. Jesus was sleeping through the storm, so the disciples woke Him and asked if He didn't care if they drowned. Jesus rebuked the storm and the wind ceased and there was immediately a calm and a great peace. The storms of life come to all of us; however, Jesus is our peace in the storm.
