Since the early days of UFO studies, claims of sightings involving alleged occupants of these unidentified craft have been logged by both civilian and governmental investigative efforts. After many decades of sighting reports, only a handful of credible observations of UFO occupants have been logged, and the topic remains one of the most controversial issues in UAP studies.
