Today I’m sharing what a personal brand strategy is and:
- two things you need to create it
- limiting beliefs get in the way
- and a challenge to take on this month.
A strategy is how to get from point A to point B. In terms of personal branding and building your thought leadership, point A is today, and point B is the impact you want to make with your audience.
The ultimate goal in business brand strategy is to create a consistent brand experience for customers and clients across all of brand touch points.
Showing up consistently in front of your target audience is vital to building a personal brand strategy or thought leadership platform. Studies show that you need to be “seen” by your target audience between 20-40 times.

Your challenge, should you choose to accept it, is to set an intention for one piece of branded communication targeted directly at your audience, maybe it’s a thank you note, a personalized video, or choosing your signature color for your social media posts.
