Many coaches and consultants fail to intentionally and consciously design their lives; instead, they start a business and try to fit their lives into it.
This often leads to long hours filled with multitasking, juggling various tasks such as content creation, podcasting, blogging, networking, and other responsibilities. As a result, they may overlook essential aspects of their lives, including their health, relationships, and quality time with family. Ultimately, this sacrifice undermines the balance they initially sought to achieve.
Join Dr. Terri Levine in this episode to discover how you can design your business to fit your life and achieve the freedom you envisioned when you embarked on your entrepreneurial journey.
