Ryan Hennelly has been teaching the L.E.A.D. program in Eatontown, NJ for several years, and has helped bring the community a L.E.A.D. Fest event. Ryan also serves as a L.E.A.D. Master Trainer that educates future L.E.A.D. Officers.

Detective Lieutenant Jimmy Teehan is a 25 year Law Enforcement veteran who is the head of the Community Policing Division of the Paramus, NJ Police Department. Jimmy is also a former L.E.A.D. Instructor of the Year.
