What do I do to stay motivated?

with feeling truly motivated some days and unsure the rest

Being in private practice can be a roller coaster, and we all
go through seasons of feeling unmotivated. But as entrepreneurial
therapists, we want to learn how to best regulate the ups and downs
of motivation so we can produce our best work
regularly.
