In Q4 of 2021, there has been a 184% increase of PTSD expressed amongst workers compared to pre-COVID.
The pandemic has definitely put a lot of stress on human connection. We've also been called upon to look at work differently. From the work from home revolution to the great resignation, more and more people seem to be looking for more meaning and more connection. And so, we see a louder clamor for a quality of life and meaning in our work.
