Want to set goals that stick and actually motivate you? I’m back with a solo episode, sharing some things I wish I knew when I was younger from body positivity, and setting health and fitness goals with a deeper WHY! There is so much noise in the world, especially about women’s bodies that if you were to listen to them, there would be no way to “win”. The media will shame you if you want to change your health and your life, and they’ll shame you if you don’t. I’m here to share that there is a way to speak kindly to yourself and love yourself now, while having strong empowering goals that will help you become the best version of yourself. Both can exist and both should coexist as you give yourself grace on your growth journey!
