Focusing on leadership in higher education, Mel Loizou asks her guests to share what leadership means to them. The Dive Deep Climb High podcast is fun, honest, and relatable. It enables you to dive deep into your role and the leader you are.

To climb high, unleashing the power and potential of you and those around you. With inspiring stories, practical tips, and a little bit of fishiness this show will help you realise that sometimes the apparently impossible is absolutely possible.

Dive Deep. Climb High. Can Do Leadership in a World of Can’t.

About

Hi I’m Mel Loizou and I am delighted to announce I am launching a new podcast on the 16th March called Dive Deep Climb High.

As a consultant, coach and facilitator, specialising in leadership and change management, I have spent much of my career working in and with the Higher Education sector and I love it.

Inspired by the quote, which is attributed  often to Albert Einstein “Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree it will live its whole life believing it is stupid” I created the fish climb trees philosophy to help individuals, teams and organisations move from that place of feeling they can’t to one where they know they absolutely can.

With the help of my guests, we will explore all different aspects of leadership, focussing on higher education. Taking inspiration from all those people who have influenced my personal development journey and the wonderful individuals who are currently making a difference in the sector right now, we will share stories, hints and tips, encouraging you to carve out your own leadership adventure. Diving deep into who you are as a person and a leader (remembering you don’t have to have a team to be a leader) and climbing high unleashing your own power and potential and the power and potential of those around you.

I have already had some brilliant conversations and I cannot wait to share them with you so tune in from the 16th March.
