Hayley is a Business Director and joined MRG in 2015. She is responsible for our Living Assets and Commercial Education Division. After working in the Rugby Football Union Education Department leading on international projects for six years, Hayley moved into recruitment working for Reed managing both temporary and permanent campaigns. Hayley joined MRG in 2015, initially supporting Estates and Facilities Management appointments across Higher Education. Hayley has spent the last seven year working with student accommodation and commercial team across Higher Education. She has strong understanding of supporting complex structures, delivering leadership appointments, and providing market intel.
