As a wellness expert Bobbi shares her thoughts around how organisations can move from wellbeing 1.0 where it is tangential to the long-term strategy of the business to wellbeing 2.0 where it is understood to be a critical success factor, firmly embedded in the workplace culture.

Bobbi is the Founder and Chief Wellness Officer at WellWise, the Workplace Wellbeing Optimizers. Bobbi is also a freelance strategic workplace wellbeing consultant. Bobbi began her career in higher education as a student ambassador supporting the Aim Higher programme at University of York, she then spent the next 5 years in widening participation, recruitment, admissions and marketing at the Universities of Cambridge, Hertfordshire, Goldsmiths, and Essex, before moving to Dubai where she worked as an International Higher Education Consultant and then joined Global Student Accommodation group in 2015. At GSA she pioneered a multi-award-winning student wellbeing operational framework for a global portfolio of student residences. strategy service.
