Dive Deep. Climb High. Can Do Leadership in a World of Can’t.

In this episode we dive deep into our bodies and the wonderful world of creative kinesiology. Sharing her own voyage of discovery as someone who spent much of her time inside her own head, to understanding the wisdom and insights her body holds, ChaNan is now able to maximise her performance by letting her heart and head rule together. With some very simple practical tips that will enable you to connect with your body, this conversation will undoubtedly calm your mind whilst opening up new ways to maximise your leadership potential.

“Creative Kinesiology is about listening to the body. It comes from the premise that your body is its own expert, and you just need to listen to it. When we use our brain, we want to understand it and apply logic but when we go into our bodies, we don’t need that.”
