This week's episode I discuss my marketing and systems I use to keep in touch with my past clients.  Focusing on repeat and referral clients is very important to me and our business.   The marketing framework we have is weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly and transactionally.  For all these times we have a different marketing strategy that goes out to our past clients.  I go over each process of what we do and what we send out at those different times.  Marketing to past clients and making sure you stay in touch even when the transaction is over is very beneficial to growing strong and lasting relationships with these clients.
