In this episode I’m not going to tell you to stop any of that, but I am going to try and make you more aware of all the things you spend money on without even thinking about it. This is about turning your unconscious consumerism into conscious spending.
I am going to show you how to work out the real impact of those little purchases, so you can make informed decisions about what you buy to avoid that dreaded buyer’s guilt!
So stop being a sucker for great marketing, and start taking control of your spending.
