This week on the podcast, I am speaking with Michelle Seidling about stress, wellness and how to use holistic and nutritional approaches to improving mindset and performance.

 

As a holistic health coach and instructional psychologist, Michelle Seidling, PhD, INHC, DTM, empowers military transitioners and executives to fuel their body and their life. She helps people worldwide transform their mindset about food (in all its forms) as a catalyst for positive change. Michelle helps people prioritize their health, build their self-confidence, and use the power of food to live a healthier and more joyous life. Michelle is a military veteran.

 

Michelle will explain her approach as a coach and instructor to helping clients build confidence through food and wellness, but also with key tools and strategies that help individuals overcome challenges.
