She helps people worldwide transform their mindset about food (in all its forms) as a catalyst for positive change. Michelle helps people prioritize their health, build their self-confidence, and use the power of food to live a healthier and more joyous life. Michelle is a military veteran.
Michelle will explain her approach as a coach and instructor to helping clients build confidence through food and wellness, but also with key tools and strategies that help individuals overcome challenges.
